1. Overview
This website is operated by MB LT Irons, a company registered in Lithuania, trading under the name Grade Like Pro.
The software, digital products, and original creative content offered through Grade Like Pro are developed by Vladislav Novickij unless otherwise stated.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Grade Like Pro as the provider of the products and services offered on this website.
2. Products and prices
All product prices are displayed on our website. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
3. Payment methods
Payments can be made using PayPal, credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, depending on availability at checkout.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
Grade Like Pro does not store customers’ full credit card details. Payment information is handled directly by the respective payment provider in accordance with its security and privacy policies.
The payment provider’s name may appear on your bank or credit card statement.

5. Registration
Customers may purchase products either by creating an account or, where available, using guest checkout.
Registered customers can access their order history, manage their account information, and download purchased products where supported.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
6. Licensing & Usage
Upon purchasing or otherwise lawfully obtaining a product from Grade Like Pro, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Purchasing a product grants you the right to use it but does not transfer ownership of the software, digital files, or any associated intellectual property.
You may:
- Use our products in personal and commercial projects, including YouTube videos, advertisements, films, and other media productions.
- Use the resulting content commercially without additional royalties.
You may not:
- Resell, share, distribute, or sublicense our products or license keys.
- Modify and redistribute our products as your own.
- Upload our products to file-sharing platforms or public repositories.
- Remove, bypass, or interfere with license verification systems, activation mechanisms, or demo limitations.
Certain products may have additional licensing restrictions, such as limitations on the number of devices or installations. Where applicable, these restrictions will be clearly specified on the relevant product page before purchase.
7. Updates
We may release software updates to improve functionality, compatibility, security, or performance.
Some products may include a built-in update checker that allows users to check for and download available updates.
Updates may be provided free of charge or offered as paid upgrades, depending on the product and the nature of the update. Any applicable charges will be clearly communicated before purchase.
We reserve the right to introduce new product versions, additional features, or major upgrades as separate paid products.
Updates required to maintain the conformity of digital products under applicable consumer protection laws will be provided without additional charge for the period required by law.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes consumers’ statutory rights under applicable law.
8. Refunds and Consumer Rights
8.1. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
Our products are delivered digitally and are generally available for download immediately after purchase.
For consumers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may cease to apply once the supply of digital content has begun, provided that the customer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, and the legally required confirmation has been provided.
Where these legal requirements have not been met, the customer’s statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
8.2. Refunds for Technical Issues
We stand behind the functionality of our products.
If a purchased product cannot be installed, does not function as described, or experiences technical problems in a supported software environment, please contact us at info@gradelikepro.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, provide a working version, or offer a refund where appropriate.
Refund requests based solely on a change of mind are generally not accepted once the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly lost.
8.3. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Consumers in the European Union retain their statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming digital products, including applicable rights to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
These rights apply regardless of any additional voluntary refund policy offered by Grade Like Pro.
9. Changes to the Site and Products
We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove products, features, and services offered on our website at any time.
Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed.
We may release software updates, improvements, or new versions of our products at our discretion, subject to any commitments made at the time of purchase and applicable legal requirements.
We do not guarantee that every product will remain compatible with all future versions of third-party software, operating systems, or hardware.
Where changes materially affect a product already purchased, we will comply with any applicable legal obligations regarding notification, continued access, updates, and consumer remedies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from changes to our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content, software, digital products, and branding available on Grade Like Pro are the intellectual property of Vladislav Novickij, unless otherwise stated.
Products developed in collaboration with third parties may be subject to separate ownership or licensing arrangements.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or modification for redistribution of our products is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the applicable license.

11. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our products, services, or software licenses in cases of material violations of these Terms, including unauthorized distribution, resale, sharing of license keys, or circumvention of licensing and activation systems.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the violation before taking action.
We reserve the right to take immediate action where necessary to prevent ongoing unauthorized use, distribution, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Termination of access or a license does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protections you're entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes will be handled by the Lithuanian courts unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
